We deliver within Thailand and internationally. Delivery times are estimates and Iconlampshades is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs. เราจัดส่งสินค้าทั้งในประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศ ระยะเวลาการจัดส่งเป็นการประมาณการเท่านั้น Iconlampshades จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความล่าช้าที่เกิดจากผู้ให้บริการขนส่งหรือพิธีการศุลกากร

5. Returns & Refunds / การคืนสินค้าและการคืนเงิน

Under Thai Consumer Protection law, customers may have rights regarding defective products. Please report any issues within 7 days of receipt for inspection. ตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคของไทย ลูกค้ามีสิทธิ์เกี่ยวกับสินค้าที่ชำรุด โปรดแจ้งปัญหาภายใน ระบุจำนวนวัน เช่น 7 วัน หลังจากได้รับสินค้าเพื่อตรวจสอบ
