• Standard timeline: We strive to complete production within 7–14 working days.
• This timeframe includes material preparation, precise cutting, sewing, framing, and finishing — all done by skilled artisans here in Thailand.
• During busy periods (e.g., peak season or holidays), it may occasionally take closer to the upper end of this range. We’ll keep you updated if anything changes.

Custom orders (fully personalized shape, size, fabric, color, or trim) may require slightly more time — we’ll confirm the exact estimate with you during the ordering process or via email.

2. Quality Check & Preparation – Ensuring Perfection

After your lampshade is fully crafted, it doesn’t go straight to shipping. We have a dedicated final stage to guarantee it meets our high standards:

• Thorough quality inspection — checking stitching, fabric alignment, frame stability, and overall finish.
• Professional photography — we take clear photos of your finished piece from multiple angles.
• On your request, these photos are sent to you via email (or WhatsApp/Line if preferred) for your approval and peace of mind before dispatch.

This extra step helps avoid surprises and lets you see your beautiful new lampshade exactly as it will arrive.

3. Careful Packaging – Protecting Your Investment

We pack every order with care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition:

• Each lampshade is first wrapped in protective plastic to shield it from dirt, dust, and moisture during transit.
• It is then placed in sturdy, 5 layer cardboard boxes designed for fragile items.
• If you order multiple lampshades and they fit safely inside one another (e.g., nested sizes), we may pack them together in one or a few boxes to reduce waste and shipping impact — always with proper padding and separation to prevent damage.
• All packages are clearly labeled and reinforced for safe handling.

4. Shipping Within Thailand – Fast & Reliable Delivery

We partner with trusted third-party logistics providers (such as local courier services) to collect and deliver orders across Thailand.

• Delivery time: Typically 2–3 working days after the item leaves our workshop.
• Free shipping — Applies automatically to all orders placed through our website for delivery within Thailand.
• Tracking — You’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS as soon as the courier collects your package so you can follow its journey.
• Our responsibility note: While we pack with the utmost care and choose reliable partners, once the package is collected by the courier, delivery is handled by them. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping provider (e.g., weather, traffic, or unforeseen events), but we will always assist and liaise on your behalf if needed.
