How are Icon Lampshades made?

1. Building the Metal Frame First, we take high-quality galvanized wire. We bend it into shape, weld the joints securely, and wrap it tightly. This creates a strong, perfectly balanced frame — the solid foundation for every shade.

2. Preparing the Fabric Next, we select premium fabric. We measure it carefully, iron out any creases, and cut it exactly to size. We align any patterns perfectly so the design flows smoothly around the shade.

3. Applying the Adhesive Then, we spread even layers of professional adhesive onto a heat-resistant backing. This bonds the fabric securely and ensures it stays in place for years.

4. Assembling the Shade After that, we wrap the prepared fabric tightly around the frame. We tuck the edges neatly and seal them by hand. The result is a smooth, clean finish with no visible seams.

5. Final Quality Check Finally, we inspect every lampshade under bright light. We check the seams, tension, and overall stability. If we spot any small imperfection, we correct it right away by hand.

6. Cleaned and Packed Once everything passes inspection, we clean the shade gently and pack it with pride. Each one arrives ready to diffuse light beautifully and add timeless elegance to your home.
